Oh my goodness! This is astonishing and so intuitive although the title says it isn’t. I’m going to re-read this and re-read it bc it makes a ton of sense and explains me to myself (or whatever the correct grammar is). I’ll also share it with friends/family-I’ve never read anything else that helps me understand myself and the way I look at life, happiness, joy, problem solving....many, many thanks for passing this along :)
"happiness is not a static state but a dynamic transition" - perhaps...but it seems if depression can be a static state, why happiness can't?
