Can you smell it? That’s the irresistible waft of A Cheese Course, a mouthwateringly cheesy weekly conversation show from Infinite Media.
Built for YouTube and hosted by third-generation cheese importer Adam Jay Moskowitz, A Cheese Course serves up lively conversations with a smorgasbord of tastemakers, artists, and foodies, paired with expertly curated cheese boards from cheesemongers Tommy Amorim and Alex Armstrong.
This high-energy series explores the craft, culture, and stories behind the good stuff, while showing it off like never before (think Jiro Dreams of Sushi… but meltier). Cheese becomes the world’s moldiest icebreaker, sparking surprising conversations with an eclectic range of creatives united by a love of food, art, and storytelling.

Meet the Big Cheese
Your host Adam comes from three generations of cheese importing, turning family tradition into a passion for connecting people with incredible cheese. He runs Larkin Cold Storage, a logistics hub for some of the world's finest cheeses, and Columbia Cheese, where he sources exceptional European cheeses under his "Maker to Monger" philosophy — bringing the stories of small producers directly to American cheese counters.
Outside of “A Cheese Course”, Adam's proudest creation is The Cheesemonger Invitational, an event that combines education, friendly competition, and celebration of artisan cheese. It's become a cornerstone gathering for cheese professionals nationwide. He's shared his expertise on shows like Chopped and Dr. Oz, been featured in the Wall Street Journal and NY Times, and regularly appears on Epicurious. His mission is simple: make great cheese accessible to everyone.
Oh, and here’s something cool. Adam is fresh off a historic win, having just coached Team USA to first and third place at the world‑famous Mondial du Fromage — the “Cheese Olympics” — marking the first‑ever U.S. victory. Delicious!
